You agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to those sites, resources, adverts or services and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.  If you provide any personal data to sites, resources, adverts or services provided by third parties, you acknowledge that such third party will process and control such data.

5. Transactions concluded through our site

Contracts for the supply of goods and services or information formed through our site or as a result of a visit to our site are governed by separate terms and conditions of supply that will be notified to you separately.  You warrant that the payments made by you are with a credit or debit card that you are authorised to use, and you shall indemnify us for any fraudulent or erroneous transactions that you make.

The vast majority of people report successful results from our treatments, but different people respond in different ways to treatments and our treatments may not be suitable for certain people (such as those suffering from certain disabilities or certain medical conditions). Our qualified practitioners will evaluate and discuss such matters with you prior to treatment and reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if they assess that such treatments cannot be carried out with minimal risk. The information on our site is of a general and informational nature and, in the absence of a consultation in-person with one of our qualified practitioners, does not constitute a specific recommendation to any person to undergo a particular treatment.  We do not accept any responsible for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the use of the information on our site.

8. Bookings made through our site and conditions applying to our treatments:

Contracts for the supply of goods and services or information formed through our site or as a result of a visit to our site are subject to the following terms and conditions, which you acknowledge, agree to and accept by the act of making a booking whether verbally or in writing, by email or by clicking a book now button:

a. any cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or any lateness or no-show for an appointment may, at our entire discretion, be charged at the full rate for your treatment due to our loss of business from this appointment;

b. all treatments must be paid in full by the end of the session;

c. you are over 18 years old and consider yourself to be suitable to receive massage treatment;

d. each session will start with a short medical questionnaire and this forms part of your treatment and your appointment;

e. prior to receiving treatment, you will disclose any medical condition or reason why you may not be in full health and you acknowledge that (i) your treatment may have to be reduced or adapted in order to accommodate such conditions, or (ii) in some cases treatment may need to be withheld on medical grounds;

f. any payments made by you are with a credit or debit card are with a card that you are authorised to use, and you shall indemnify us for any fraudulent or erroneous transactions that you make.

9. Changes to our Terms and Conditions / General

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.  English law applies to and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from a visit to our site.
